Welwn Hatfield Mayor’s Civic Service 2025

Marion Brown DL was delighted to attend the Mayor’s Civic Service in Welwyn Garden City on 26th January 2025. The hymns were led enthusiastically by choirs from Our Lady Primary School and Holy Family Primary school. Prayers focussed on those who give their time to public service and those in need in the local and wider community as well as wider issues. The Mayor’s chosen charity is Herts Young Homeless, a charity supporting vulnerable young people within our County.
