The Association of Jewish Refugees Planting Trees in Cassiobury Park

On 5th December 2021, The Lord-Lieutenant attended the tree planting by the Association of Jewish refugees at Cassiobury Park. A rather grey day didn’t dampen spirits with a great turnout of over 40 family members joining Victor Garston to plant a tree in memory of his siblings.

The Lord-Lieutenant said – Despite the cold and damp- it was an honour and a privilege to plant this tree for the AJR and as part of the QGC.
