Stevenage Holocaust Event 2026

Dr Sally Burton DL represented the Lord-Lieutenant at the Stevenage Holocaust Event.
Stevenage came together to mark Holocaust Memorial Day at Daneshill House, in collaboration with Stevenage Liberal Synagogue.
The ceremony reflected this year’s theme, Bridging Generations — bringing people together to listen, learn, and recommit to standing up against hatred and prejudice in all its forms.
To help mark the day across Stevenage, the town centre was lit up purple in remembrance and solidarity.
