Carol Concert for Schoolreaders in Hertford

On 8^th December the Lord-Lieutenant and his spouse, Celia, thoroughly enjoyed the carol concert at All Saints Church in Hertford in aid of Schoolreaders.

The concert was wonderful, with a fantastic choir led by George Robarts (son of Emma Robarts) as well as other great musical interludes. A reading by the lovely Shania (pictured) showed the amazing progress that children are able to make with the support of Schoolreaders.

The Lord-Lieutenant was pleased to wrap up the evening, which was a resounding success, raising nearly £60,000.
